Just nu lagar min Crockpot i princip alla mina middagar och ger mig goda lunchlådor i ett par dagar efteråt.


Idag har en biff stroganoff puttrat i 6 timmar under tiden jag vilade mig och återhämtade mig efter helgens sjukhusvistelse. 

För 6 personer behöver du:
800 g fransyska
10 champinjoner
1 stor gul lök
2 dl vatten
3 msk tomatpuré
2 tsk dijonsenap
2 msk kalvfond
Paprikapulver
Salt
Peppar
1 msk flytande smör

Till såsen
1,5 dl grädde
1,5 dl créme friache
2 msk Maizena redning

Gör såhär:
Strimla köttet, skiva lök och champinjoner. Lägg champinjonerna i pottan, bryn köttet i lite smör, bryn löken lätt och tillsätt i pottan. Häll på vatten, tomatpuré, senap, paprikapulver, peppar, kalvfond och rör om. Sätt temperaturen på låg i 6 timmar. Till servering blanda i grädde, créme fraiche och redning och ställ pottan på hög temperatur i 30 minuter.
